Great news for everyone in and around Voerendaal! The restaurant at Cultural Centre Borenburg has had a serious makeover and is reopening on Thursday, June 4th as the brand new Grand Café Borenburg. 🎉
So what exactly got a upgrade? Quite a lot actually:
- A brand new floor and a completely refreshed look throughout the space
- A fully renovated bar where you can kick back and relax
- A new kitchen ready to serve you a great lunch or dinner
The café is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 AM. Feeling hungry? The kitchen runs from 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM. And if you are just there for drinks, you can stay right until the end of the evening. 🍻
Alderman Leunissen summed it up nicely: ‘We are really happy that Grand Café Borenburg is opening. It makes the Borenburg a buzzing centre for residents and associations once again.’
And there is even more to look forward to! Other parts of the cultural centre will also be renovated later this year. In the meantime, the venue stays fully available for clubs, parties and community gatherings. Coming up on the calendar are an ABBA Tribute 🎶, an Oktoberfest 🍺, a soul music evening, a Sinterklaas show and World Cup matches on the big screen!
The official opening ceremony is on June 3rd, and from June 4th the doors are open for everyone. Sounds like a good reason to stop by soon!
