Great news for everyone who loves the beautiful Limburg countryside! The Province of Limburg is making a whopping 27.5 million euros available this year to give our green spaces a serious upgrade.
From May 5th through August 31st 2026, organizations, water boards, and entrepreneurs can apply for subsidies for projects that help nature thrive. Think of things like:
- 🌿 Making nature areas wetter so plants and animals can flourish
- 🌱 Improving soil quality for healthier ground
- 🦔 Protecting special spots for wildlife
- 🍃 Removing invasive plants that disturb the natural balance
