Real talk: how often do you actually get a chance to tell the municipality what you think about your neighborhood? Well, here it is. The Maastricht City Survey is open and they genuinely want your input.
What is it about? A bit of everything:
- How you experience your street or neighborhood
- Your thoughts on waste management (yes, that grey bin again)
- How you feel about the municipality itself
- How you are doing in your daily life
It takes 5 to 10 minutes. That is it. And as a bonus: you could win one of ten VVV gift cards worth 25 euros 🎁
Why bother? Because the municipality actually uses these answers to decide where money and attention go. Your street, your neighborhood, your topics. You have until July 1, 2026 to fill it in.
The City Survey has been running for years and is one of the few tools the municipality uses to structurally track satisfaction levels per neighborhood over time. Results from previous editions have directly led to budget shifts for green maintenance, safety measures, and social services in specific neighborhoods.
