Are you looking for a refreshing change to your regular fitness routine, or a fun challenge during your walk? A unique structure is currently stationed in the region that invites you to swap the gym for the open air: the SportContrainer.
What is the SportContrainer?
The SportContrainer is a large container filled with various sports and exercise equipment. It is a free facility accessible to everyone, whenever it suits you. Whether you are training solo or together with others, this mobile station offers everything you need for a complete workout in nature.
Where can you find it?
The container has recently found a home in the Burgemeester Damenpark in Geleen, right near the famous Pinkpop monument. But make sure to get there in time: the SportContrainer will remain at this spot until the end of August. After that, this sporty structure will move to a new location within the municipality to surprise other residents.
How does it work?
You don’t need to be an experienced athlete to use the container. For those who could use some inspiration, there is a QR code attached to the container. Once you scan it, you get direct access to workout videos for both beginners and advanced users. Are you already curious or do you want to prepare in advance?
